Supply policy : The supply chain of the Windtechnics group is chiefly managed by the Supply department in France, some purchases may be dealt with by other departments and directly by subsidiaries abroad. In any case, Windtechnics works with both local and international suppliers. The Supply department mission is to propose, implement and manage the supply policy for all Windtechnics group entities. It insures the supply of technical equipment, evaluation and monitoring of suppliers. All Windtechnics purchases are carried out in conformity with the European legislation applicable to the energy sector. Windtechnics is not subject to French the public markets code, it has still chosen to conclude annual or several year supply agreements. The issuance and publication of a tender does not oblige Windtechnics to place a purchase order, the company is free in the choice of the supplier. When submitting a bid for a tender, the supplier accepts the Windtechnics general purchase terms and conditions and has to carry out the service according to its offer.
